"Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "

They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. "This apartment is everything you want and then some more. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and has a feel of an upscale mountain chalet. The beds are very comfortable. The whole apartment was exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t be better (20 min walk to Stary Smokovec). The Krolak family managing the apartment is always available, very friendly, and highly customer-focused. We will be back, for sure."
