"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Alkima. Our room had a view and balcony overlooking the bay which was lovely to watch the boats go by and sit and read a book in the sun. We enjoyed the 25 minute walk along the front into Kotor town. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us, they booked a boat trip, ordered a taxi and gave us recommendations on restaurants. Breakfast included a great choice. Lovely family run hotel which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. "

"I originally booked the Essenza location. Because it was late in the season, Hotel Casa del Mare closed this location and booked us into Vizura which is brand new and nice with a lovely view but not on the water. We were traveling with another couple and we were very surprised to find that they were re-booked into yet another location Amforra, which was further away from Kotor. The very helpful staff was able to switch them to the Vizura location, but they had to switch rooms during our 2...

"Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine. "

"The rooms weren't cleaned whilst there, they made the bed and gave us new towels but left the old towels. Water was never refilled. Manager was very rude when I told him I was not aware of how to use the air con unit. The restaurant within the hotel, Lola Braza was poor, it lacked atmosphere and the food was tasteless, my mums steak was tiny and very overcooked, it cost nearly 30 euros! "
