Good hotel however needs an update of interiors. AC not working and safe not working. Stayed only one night so didn't want to wait for the repairman. Very convenient location to major sights and lots of restaurants around. I would recommend this hotel just make sure AC works because Diyarbakir is a hot place in the spring and summer

Almost perfect

The location of the hotel is amazing. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are so kind. The only problem was the bathroom. Some sort of bad smell was coming out of it and the toilet seat was broken. The spa also does not work.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, the property in general was nice, clean & the breakfast was really good. The following mentioned 3 points were made me feel annoyed : 1) This is related specifically to Expedia( I sent e-mail asking to shorten my stay from 4 nughts to 3 nights, however, no answer at all) the 2nd) I surprised that breakfast was not included in the price , the way of offering the price was tricky and closer to cheating, while the 3rd) there was no parking area designated for the hotel just parking on the main street !.

Dear We booked a twin family room, but upon arrival, we were given a single room !!!!. After an hour, they offered another room on a different floor for our two small children, which wasn't feasible. We ended up cancelling the second room and staying in one small room. Unfortunately, we weren't refunded any money for the discrepancy. We hope you'll improve your booking process and customer service. Sincerely,

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was here for 1 week and staff didn’t speak very much English at all but they always put the effort to help me when needed. Room service was great and the food was lovely. I had the corner suite and it was beautiful to stay in and very luxurious for the price. I would come back again. Thank you
