« Unfortunately, our experience started off very poorly. The key cards for the first room we were assigned would not work, so we had to return to the front desk and were assigned a second room. When we entered that room, we found what appeared to be extensive mold or mildew along the baseboards as well as white fuzzy/powdery growth on the furniture. It was concerning enough that we were not comfortable staying in the room. I will give credit to the desk clerk for taking our concerns seriously....

« The room was clean which it should be in a new building. The bed was very comfortable. The towels, shampoo, soap were great. The pool was cold even though I was told it was heated. When I arrived to check in, the young woman that came from the back looked and acted like I was disturbing her. No greeting. She just came out and looked at me. I told her I had a reservation and gave my name. Her response was "I need an ID". I checked in right before 3 pm on Saturday. I didn't see a name tag but...

« Everything from the front lobby to the room spelled horrible. The lights in the room were not bright at all and the room looked dingy. When I didn’t want to stay I was told that I couldn’t have a refund because I booked online. I left and registered at another hotel just down the road. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. »
