"It's a nice hotel with a fantastic view and very clean. The spa was not working on our visit. Staff was great. It would be nice for the balconies to have a screen so you can keep your door open without being eaten up by mosquitos and pestered by flies."

"Location and place are amazing. On two different occasions there was no answer at the front desk. Their response was we were busy. Parking is validated but yhey font inform you upfront upon arrival so we ended up paying more than they advertised."

"Absolute serenity! From arrival it was apparent how lovely the accommodations were going to be. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the spa was relaxing with so many rooms and areas to decompress. I especially loved the steam rooms and cold plunge. Our breakfasts and dinners were DELICIOUS. Everything about our stay was perfect. Stoos is such a beautiful village and we couldn’t have asked for a better visit."

"This property is excellent in every aspect. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and booked the largest room, which is called te backpacker. It came with 4 bunker beds. That's the only part I did not like because I wanted at least one queen or king bed, but that was ok. There were other options to book that came with that setting but the rooms were smaller. Our room had 2 bath 2 showers, 2 of everything lol. It had the best views of the Alps. The bus stopped right outside plus the train which we never used as we had a car. The common kitchen was extremely useful as we cooked our own meals and saved a lot. The town is super quiet and beautiful and very close to some local attractions. The staff were very nice and helpful. The check in and out process were also very smooth and easy. There's limited parking on site, so for the last night when the hotel got busy we had to part at the train and pay 8 franks for 24 hours. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back with my family again."
