Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. Been neglected somewhat. There was no toilet roll. There was 1 towel for 3 of us. Both beds needed fixing but Dan was good n came straight over n done them. Found 2 false nails in the cutlery draw. No welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. Christmas tree had 1 bauble on it. Just small stuff but collectively was a little off putting. Shame to have such a gorgeous property be neglected. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. Mais les fournitures sont trop vieille, la salle de bain délabré, la chaise d’eau ne fonctionne pas. Les parties communes sont usées, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nést pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivé, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. Décevant pour le prix. Par contre le petit déjeuner est merveilleux !"
