"Everything was pretty clean. They do need to do some updating with the bedding. As far as the sheets and comforters. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the creek, that was really nice. We were on the second floor, so just come prepared as you have to tote your luggage up the stairs. The rooms are not as insulated... if someone has the TV up next door...you can hear it. I'm sure with the insulation not as good if you are on the bottom floor. I'm sure you can hear the people on top floor."
