Lake Ridge is the ideal, luxury Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together – there's the fully stocked kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with gas fireplace, smart TV, and plenty of room to spread out: three full bedrooms and three full baths, and amazing balcony. We offer fast Internet speed, smart TV’s and DVD player.
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and is a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And we're just 8.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!
Parking: 1 vehicle in private garage, 1 vehicle in open lot. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed.

10 minute drive to Keystone, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and very doable drive less than one hour to Copper, A Bay, Vail and Beaver Creek. Great heating and internet. Easy check in /check out process

Fantastic birthday Trip
What a beautiful property!! We all loved the views, all the rooms had amazing views. The hot jacuzzi was amazing. Comfortable beds and a complete bathroom for each room was a PLUS!! Location was great, close to everything, we went to Frisco, Breck, cooper Mountain and of course Dillan and everything was within 20-30mins. Definitely would recommend. Thank you!!

Surprise view
The townhouse was very clean, lodge decor and unit adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable.
It is very difficult to find in the dark and after trekking through the yard with bags, next day we realized there was a side entrance with sidewalk.
Upon daylight we realized the amazing view described was a giant ridge of dug up rocks and that was the only view we had. We were very upset. However, management was very apologetic and made arrangements to move us to another property. If the construction is completed I would recommend this property. Until then if you want something with a view, there is none! Because management worked to resolve this issue I will give it an adequate review.

Great location and view
We loved our stay at this townhome. The house was clean and communication with the owners was so easy. They were quick to respond. The view from the hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed getting in it every evening after skiing. Keystone Resort was an easy 3-4 mile drive for skiing. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We loved the gas fireplace, we used it every evening. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch. The couch is not comfortable at all. We gathered every evening to watch Netflix and we all complained about the comfort of it. Other than that we loved our stay.

Great stay! The house was perfect for an extended family vacation with 6 adults, 2 children, and an infant. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Our favorite moments were spent playing board games, enjoying the view from the hot tub, and walking to the lake. Great place to stay, out of the down town so it was quite but close enough to be convenient.
Great place to stay, close to a lot of ski resorts. Well maintained and clean. The only issue is this place says it sleeps 10. We had 10 adult guys and it was very snug, would sleep 8 much better. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Needs attention
The condo was great, everything we needed was provided! The hot tub was a total disappointment! It was murky, smelled really bad and worst of all, gave all 6 of us a bumpy rash and itchy skin! It needs to be drained and cleaned!! One of the ‘musts’ for our family was a hot tub, such a bummer this happened! I expect a partial refund!
