Holiday ski trip

Great Condo in a great spot
Used it as a home base for a fall trip. Spent some evenings on the back porch watching the sunset. It was great for our trip. We didn't’ bring kids but if we did the extra bedroom with multiple beds would have been perfect for our family of five.

As advertised, clean and well supplied.
One of the nicest units we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in more than a score all across the US. Good view of Lake Dillon and central to many other towns on or near the Summit.

Lake View right on bike path
We felt right at home in this well appointed and clean condo. We spent time watching the sailboats on Dillion lake from the comfortable deck. The bike trail around Dillon lake was right outside our building. Very pleasant and comfortable home.

Great Condo on La Bonte
The condo was great. Within walking distance too several restaurants and an easy drive to others. The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens and toiletries. Heated floors were nice.

Great place in a great location
My husband and I, along with our young adult son, spent a delightful few days here. We cross-country skied at two locations and soaked in the winter atmosphere. The condo was great -- comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was especially well-stocked which made it easy to cook a few more meals there. Look forward to returning in the Spring or Summer.

Great location!
Had a great weekend - close enough to easily walk to restaurants, the Dillon Farmers' Market, the Amphitheatre, the Marina, etc. The condo was easy to locate, and is very comfortable. Check in/check out processes were a breeze. Great experience all the way around!

Perfect for 6 people & convenient
Very clean & well stocked with right amount of space for 6 adults. Good location, close to resorts, grocery store, outlet, & I-70. Covered parking for 2 cars. Easy access to condo since was on 1st floor & close to elevator. Hot tubs (2) & sauna were awesome & steps away from condo and were not busy. Also had multiple humidifiers to help with dry air. Lastly, check-in/check-out process was easy with good communication from managing group. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Perfect Location
The condo was perfect. We stayed for two weeks and wish we had scheduled a longer time. The lake view coupled with a glass of wine made it difficult for us to leave and explore the area. On a practical note, the kitchen is well stocked.

Great location, cozy vacation home!
20-25 min away from Breckenridge! The view of this place is gorgeous, overlooking frozen Lake Dillon in the morning was one of my highlights of my stay. The home is incredibly lovely and so warm and welcoming.

We had a wonderful ski weekend. While the condo may not be right on a specify mountain, you have easy access to keystone, breck, a-basin, and copper. There are multiple restaurants in within walking distance, or if you want to cook, there’s a great kitchen.

A great condo in Summit County
Overall this property provided a wonderful spot for a getaway. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, although I do wish the description had been a bit more detailed to understand all that was in it. The location of the condo is fantastic - quick access to ski areas, shops and the highway. Covered parking and two spots were a bonus! Unfortunately one of the two indoor hot tubs was broken so it was quite crowded in the one that was working. Amenities at this complex aren’t quite as expansive as other complexes in the area, if that is what you are looking for as a part of your stay.

Reservoir respite
We have stayed in the Dillon/Frisco area many times and really like this condo for a summer trip location, floorplan and condition. Although this complex is older, the unit has renovated kitchen and bathrooms with nice Maytag appliances, modern washer/dryer and all the kitchen cooking necessities you would need. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is a partial reservoir and mountain view and we spent alot of time enjoying that. The beds were comfy and the condo was very clean. Vacasa took care of small items we needed during the stay. The condo is walkable to Dillon restaurants, albeit a few, the reservoir and a bike rental shop and we really liked that. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a beautiful view of Dillon Reservoir overlooking the marina. Large veranda to enjoy the views. Lovely comfortable decor with a fireplace made it very warm and welcoming. Beautiful 30 min drive across the dam to Breckenridge. We will stay here again when we visit the area.
