The Wonderful Sea Horse
Great house and location. The house was well cared for and had all the kitchen appliances you would need. Appreciated that the "book/manual" had everything in the kitchen labeled with pictures. No need to open all the drawers and cabinets to find any utensil. The beds were comfy but the pillows were too soft for us. Great views on a clear day. Property Manager and his team were very efficient and responsive. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely home for family vacation
We were looking for a quiet place for a family vacation. This location lived up to all the positive reviews. It had all the amenities we needed. The view was spectacular. Even with the unfortunately rainy weather that greeted us, there was plenty of space to relax and indoor activities to enjoy.

Fantastic coastal getaway
My friends and I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Sea Horse! The views from the house are stunning, the layout of the house is perfect for a large group of friends, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The property manager was incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive. All of my questions were answered promptly, and it was very easy to communicate with management! I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Great Vacation
Overall a nice property. View awesome. Big space. Fun theater room. Clean. Few cons. Master bath upstairs has no counter space which kinda wasn’t great. Keurig broke. We just had to go out and buy grinds for the multi-cup coffee maker.

Great home with the best view
Four of us spent the weekend, and had a few friends out to visit for the day. Great location, easy access to private beach, doggy friendly house, fun theater room with recliner chairs, big beautiful decks to hang out, loved the gas fireplaces that just heat up the room so quick We loved it, and we'll be back!

Unbeatable location!
The moment you walk in the front door you’ll be impressed! The location has to be one of the best in Dillon Beach, on a huge lot with sweeping views. The natural light on the main floor was awesome- we loved the huge, happy plants and how the sun warms the home. Massive 12 person dining room table and beautiful modern kitchen. This was by far the most well stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to cook, don’t worry about a think, I’m sure they have it! The hot tub was clean and warm. Big king size beds in all 4 bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect escape to the Coast
Perfect home for 3 nights with family after a busy holiday season. This was the perfect home for our family of 6 with adult children and partners. We all had our private, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (all 4 rooms had large beds and noone had to sleep in a twin or a bunk- which is sometimes hard to find in these larger homes.) The upstairs common space was so inviting and open. We enjoyed the blustery days by the fireplace playing games enjoying the sound of the pounding surf with a spectacular view onto the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our home cooked meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the movie room and took full advantage of the short winter days and enjoyed a movie with popcorn each day! The layout of the house was great the kitchen and great room upstairs flooded with natural light. There were several decks with Adirondack chairs for hanging out while sipping coffee or reading one of the many books from the library incase you forgot yours. We strolled down to Dillon beach for a few mile walk with the dogs and it was perfect. A short trip in the car to enjoy a visit to Pt Reyes followed by a stop along the coast for oysters was exaclty the kind of day we all were craving: slow and unscheduled. A short drive from the Bay Area and we felt like we were thousands of miles away. Rolling green hills, and rugged coastline. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

The home was EXACTLY as advertised. If you appreciate the pictures and description of the property, you will not be disappointed. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and/or rent from this property owner, without reservation. The property was beautiful and very well-kept. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful ocean views. A home was well-stocked home made our stay very enjoyable. Everything in the home and yard worked. Communication with the property management company was excellent. They were always available and never intrusive. Any questions that arose were addressed promptly and completely, and they even helped coordinate a chef and floral delivery via their online referral resource guide. We TRULY enjoyed our stay.

Beach getaway
A large home perfect for a family getaway. It features four bedrooms plus a family room and movie theatre! It is perched on a cliff minutes from the main Dillon Beach. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are stairs so guests should be reasonably fit and mobile.

Vacation with Friends
The Sea Horse was a great house for 8 adult friends for our annual vacation. We spent the first part of our week in Geyserville and ended our vacation at Dillon Beach. The property was stunning and the short walk to the general store and restaurant were a bonus! We loved the hike down to the beach! We also spent a lot of time in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the beautiful Pacific sunsets. This property was perfect for 8 adults. The 4th bedroom had a bathroom steps away so it was still very private. Highly recommended!

We loved this property!
The home is truly amazing. Plenty of room to sleep for everyone. The in suite bathrooms were a bonus. 4 bathrooms is great. The views are stunning of the ocean. We did yoga on the top deck. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the large dining room table was so perfect for us all to eat together. Another feature we loved was the theater room. We were able to watch beautiful ocean shows and the movie selection was perfect. Plenty of parking. The hot tub too was amazing. We made endless memories.The management team was very responsive. Thanks for taking the time to send a review and for notifying me of a few issues. The issues were a shower head came off and we came out and replaced it with a new one. A chair in the theater would not fully retract the leg rest which was because a piece of clothing was caught under the chair and a blind was missing from one of the windows. That was because a repair man replaced a window and forgot to put the blind back up and we put that back in place. I'm sorry that things were not perfect which is what we always strive for but I'm glad that we were able to get things resolved quickly for you. There is a hop of around two feet down to the beach after the easy path and it can be difficult for some folks. Randy

Sea Horse is a beautiful home perched on the cliffs of Dillon Beach. We enjoyed the property immensely: well-stocked kitchen, direct oceanviews, big outdoor decks and adironack chairs, hot tub, movie theater (awesome!), comfy beds/sheets/towels, fireplace, decor, big windows and stereo system that was easy to connect to. It was a wonderful experience working with the property manager - we would recommend this property to anyone seeking a beautiful home to relax and enjoy the ocean for a few days!

There were eight of us! Our family consists of my husband and myself, our son and his wife and our daughter and her little family. We have rented other beautiful homes in Dillon Beach, this property has been the best. We loved it! We stayed three nights and will do so again in the future. We had one darling Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with us! We walked and read, relaxed and enjoyed three movies! It is a gorgeous home! We just loved the long weekend and were so very comfortable. 70th Birthday Celebration
Eight of us spent the weekend at this beautiful home in celebration of my 70th birthday. The accommodations were just right - spectacular location and view to Tomales Bay and the Pacific Ocean, a kitchen fully stocked with gear for cooking just about anything, a floor plan that created cozy and comfortable spaces for all of us to relax as a group or separately, and a super large dining table set in front of floor-to-ceiling windows (perfect for sunset viewing). This rental exceeded our expectations in all ways, and I'm already imagining a return visit.

Fantastic view - great house!
Booked for a work-related writing retreat for 6 coworkers. House was beautiful and the ocean view amazing! The weather was windy and cold so we mostly stayed inside. Check-in was quick, parking adequate for three cars, wifi signal good.

Location, location, location!
We loved this home. There were a couple of day trips that we cancelled, just so we could spend more time enjoying the views, multiple decks, and watching the wildlife. Kitchen is fantastic and well-stocked, and theater room is a must-do. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of space. Would be great for teens. My folks could handle the stairs, but be warned there are a lot of them.

Stunning home in an even more stunning location! Super luxurious beds with a view, great theater room, the hot tub was great. Zero complaints! Only thing to consider if you have small children, the house isn’t child proof and there is a huge cliff drop off - which is not a ding on the house, certainly book this place if you don’t have mobile tiny kids….. book it if you have a kid too small to walk/crawl, and especially book it if you have teens or no kids. 5 stars!!!

Beautiful House
Friends and family and 2 dogs reunion! The house was perfect- very clean, with everything you would need. My husband loved cooking in their newly redone modern kitchen. The large living room table was the perfect place to play board games or eat a great family dinner. Every room has a king bed (which are incredibly comfortable!) and it’s own bathroom. The views are wonderful and sitting on their deck or in the hot tub and looking out at the beautifully rugged landscape with a glass of bubbly in hand was wonderful! Make sure you check out the general store on the way down to the beach- they have everything (in case you forgot anything!), plus a very cute little restaurant with yummy selections. I would also recommend driving 15 mins into Tomales and eating at the William Tell House- they have live music on Friday nights! Warning about this whole area- you cannot get an uber or a lift or even a taxi- appoint a designated driver. Book this property- you will not be disappointed!!!
