« Overall we had a very nice stay. The bathroom on the main floor has several large cobwebs that my husband walked into. There are several rules to follow, which does make a person, especially someone with children, feel restricted. Not all of the outlets work & found this out after I found by plugged in watch & phone dead the next day.The property owner was easy to contact. The surrounding houses were fine.All in all, no real issues. »

« I ended up having a mouse in the apartment, it pooped in a lot of the kitchen cabinets where dishes were stored. The problem was never properly addressed. When maintenance did come in they let them selves in with no warning and came when I wasn’t there. One walked in while I was home and was naked about to get in the shower and I had to run and get my robe and stop him from entering. They were given the keyless entry code. « From the condition of the hotel you would guess it is 10-15 years old but it is actually only a couple years old. Beds are super comfy and A/C was cold. The bottom of the pool needs a deep cleaning it has a layer of debris that is obvious when just looking at it. Seems like a super easy thing to clean so must be some lazy managers at this location. »
