"At first we had quite a disappointing room; it was dirty, with hair in the bed, gum on the wall, a dirty bathroom, cleaning products left on the counter, and dirty glasses. But we went down to state our concerns and they gave us a better and clean room and made up for it tenfold! Friendly staff; the only thing missing was coffee and tea in the room but you can buy some in the lobby, which is open 24 hours."

"The room was very humid. The towels were damp. The blankets were damp. Because of the humidility, plaster became loose. We wanted to open the windows to air. However, in front of our window is smoking area. Therefore, we couldn't open the only window. We talked to the front desk to change for another room. We were told that the hotel was full. I went to an booking agent to check whether the hotel was full. Surprise, they have room. We were there 6 nights, no towel changed, no cleaning, no coffee, no eat, zip! NOTHING. This is a over priced HOSTEL."

"Ibis is the same globally. But it’s that which makes it predictable and therefore a convenient home away from home. It was clean, the staff were polite, attentive and considerate. The food was good and the ambience pleasant. It’s 300m away from the Erasme hospital where I needed to be early the following morning as well, so exceptionally convenient."

"I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for cleanliness. The bath was covered in black hairs and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, we ended up having to put a towel in the bath to shower because it was disgusting. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. The shower is either scolding hot or cold and will change mid shower which is unpleasant. There was what looked like wet tissue dried onto the ceiling and walls. The air con unit worked for about 20 minutes before it poured out a load of water straight onto the desk below so we couldn’t use it - 30 degree temperatures outside as well! Awful - wouldn’t stay here. The staff were helpful however."

Les chambres sont très minimalistes, ce qui fait qu'elles ne sont pas les plus confortables, mais c'était suffisant pour nos besoins. L'emplacement est également incroyable.
