Didn’t like that the restaurant bar was only open til 10pm. I picked it because of that. Our family gathering ended at 10:30. Wanted to stop in sfter but it was closed. Should be midnight for the bar on weekends!

Good; not great place to stay
This was an excellent place in the past, but needs room renovations. Also some of the staff is less than helpful when it comes to the simplest of requests. Others were great.

Unfortunately the air conditioners are very loud, I asked to be switched to a different room and was given a room without a beautiful balcony overlooking the park which was unfortunate, overall the hotel needs updating these showers are very scratchy on the bottom of your feet and just in general things are loud

Dated property but high points for keeping what they had to work with clean. Coffee was not 24/7 as described at checkin. Had departure at 6am so went down to get coffee to help wake up. Waited u til5:45 before they brought out to lobby. No body lotion provided which was a bit of a bummer because my skin drys out in hotel air for some reason.

We arrived at 5pm and which is two hours after check-in. The rooms were not ready b/c cleaning staff was behind. It was a mess. Also very disappointing that the property does not recycle. Never staying again!

My bathroom was not clean, there was hair and urine around the toilet and hair in the shower. Receptionist was vwry friendly but had to wait until next morning to send someone.

Nice stay. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. The only thing that needs attention is, while stated to be a smoke free facility, the 1st floor smells strongly of cigarette smoke.

DIRTY
Very dirty :-(. It's hard to believe that they're doing extra cleaning for Covid when they're missing the very basics to begin with. We got into the room, I wanted to take off my shoes and relax immediately, as soon as I looked down at the bed, the duvet was FILTHY, it had a several areas of red stain that resembled blood. I called the front desk, they moved me to another room. The front desk attendant was very nice and even brought us a little goodie bag of snacks as an apology. The second room was dingy, and the bathroom sink didn't drain. When checking out, as to not forget anything, my husband looked behind the bed and there were old candy wrappers and caked on dust. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. The lobby was beautiful, it even had a fireplace! Unfortunately, when you get to the rooms it doesn't even look like they both belong to the same hotel.
