"Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The room we stayed in was dated but comfortable with tea/coffee/water etc. There is a nearby complex with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly apart from in the main restaurant which was really strange! Breakfast overall was pretty poor, it wasn’t just the service that let it down. "

"This is a lovely lodge close to Victoria Falls. I wasn't sure about a good location in VFalls but this is fine. You can easily get transportation to all events. The room was comfortable and clean with mosquito nets. Great water pressure and hot water. Fans and air conditioning although the city power did go out for a bit. Bridget was very responsive and helpful in making reservations for us for events and transportation. Secure location. Small but nice pool. Breakfast was good; dinner was not quite as good but adequate. Very nice people in the restaurant. "

"My stay was truly pleasant and comfortable. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Bon Marche and Pick n Pay grocery stores, with a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. I particularly enjoyed my morning walks up Mount Road — the 1.5 km stretch and back made for a refreshing start to each day. The staff were consistently welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Harare — hopefully with a little returning guest’s concession!"
