"It is a lovely hotel in a good location central to all Perth highlights. The shared areas are very welcoming, and the breakfast is good, with a variety of juice, fresh fruit, pastries, barista coffee, and muesli. It is very eco-conscious. This hotel might not appeal to everyone for a few reasons: Rooms do not have a desk or fridge. The idea is to use the communal areas with comfy seating, tables and a communal fridge. "Very centrally located close to the markets and the foreshore. Having breakfast included is great even if it’s very simple with no eggs although would suggest to offer a few pastries. Room on the small side so 1 or 2 nights stay is okay."

"The reception staff, although busy were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly the bathroom shower was a problem. Water runs out of the glassed area, all over the floor. The drain is not taking the water and there was mould."

"The hotel was in a great spot for walking into Northbridge and Perth, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There is no parking so look up car parks nearby or if you’re lucky there is street parking outside the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. "
