« Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!! »

« We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4...

« The room had left over coke bottles from the previous guest. The bed was made and the bathroom had fresh towels and that was it. I have been staying at this facility for the last 4yrs and last year was bad, but this year was the worst. I will not be staying there anymore. »

« This place was horrible. There was trash everywhere. The property was falling apart. It was unclean, unkept and unsafe. I was in the area for work. I booked a room for a week. I lasted one night. The people in the rooms next to me yelled all night. I was up all night looking out off the window because I thought someone was gonna steal my car. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. This was the worst stay of my life. This is a crack motel. Please do not stay at this motel. »
