Although it was not a typical Western style hotel, the staff was accommodating and tried to speak English with us. The hotel is located a 1/2 block from the night market and local food. We did not use the pool as it was a quick overnight stay but we did have a look and it is massive. The breakfast buffet could use some work but it was quiet in the hotel so they may not have made a large amount of food, Definitely not Vegetarian friendly.

Arrived here a bit late and was amazed at such a great hotel we found. Staff was exceptional polite curtious and spoke English very well

Very friendly owner. Quiet clean rooms. Very unique place. Enjoyed our stay. Had a leak in the sink and owner fixed it right away. There is a 7-11 and lots of food options near by.

One of the best hospitality I have ever gotten at a hotel. The family that owns this hotel are lovely and own the cafe and auto shop as well and they have a cute kitty! The front desk lady was the sweetest person my bf and I have ever met. We went for our honeymoon and they were so cute and provided us with a cake! Also their pool is so cozy and its also saltwater! Thank you so much for this stay it was wonderful and great experience. Dont hesitate to book this place! You will be in good hands

I have stayed here many times. Always good. Very very clean! Friendly staff Good location. 100m walk to many stores, bars and food. I only have 1 negative….the beds are very firm. I will stay here every time I go to Sukhothai.

This was a good hotel - quiet n very in the midst of local food vendors - tuck tuck very close but would rather have stayed in the "old town"

Overall, good stay

This guesthouse is located in the new city which is, according to me, better than the old city. The owner Hank and his wife Tuey are devoted to their guests. The food is excellent and having a drink on the terrace after a long day is very relaxing. Every thing is walking distance. To go to Sukhothai Historical park, you only have to take the public bus wich cost you lest than nothing 30THB. You can spend hours in this park, rent a bicicle, to see many Buddha. I stayed there 7 nights and don't...
