« The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. « Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

« This house was perfect! It was a ten minute drive to Dreams Park and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property. »

« We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »

This time our group of fourteen, my spouse and I, four children and their significant others and four grandchildren easily fit in this very comfortable house. In the ten year interim Gregg made many improvements to make this a great place to gather a large family group. »

« We stayed at the house for 3 days - a reunion of 12 old friends (in every sense!) Our host could not have been more accomodating; the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could want. Lovely outdoor space and very spacious indoor space. D’après moi ils ont manqué de budget car il restait seulement le bain qui était vieux….lol tout était bien à part le fait que c’était très humide dans la chambre, les serviettes de douche ne séchaient pas entre les journées."
