« Our studio rental was perfect! Comfy bed, great shower, and fluffly towels. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing anything! Just bring the food, beverages and condiments. However, coffee and coffee maker was provided. The bathroom was sparkling clean! We chose to engage our hosts Carmella and Rod. We had a lot of fun talking about the area. However, they are very respectful of privacy if you prefer. We will be back! »

« Excellent stay at this little peice of paradise!! The Keuka outlet trail is breathtaking and at the edge of the property. We were able to ride our bikes the entire distance. The cabin is exactly as advertised, clean and equipped. The air conditioning was a life saver with the heat and humidity we encountered. We felt secluded yet close to nearby Penn Yann with the cutest shops. We will definitely return!! »
