"A very spacious clean rooms. Friendly hard working staff. Lots of TV channels, good amenities. New year's day buffet was very good with local items. They should have breakfast buffets everyday. New Year's Eve dinner time the music was very loud, that should have outdoor show, not indoor, we skipped the bar as no one could make any kind of conversation there with ear piercing music!"

"The hotel is situated about a 20-25min walk from the Kandy Tooth relic temple. It is a good place for one night in Kandy. The WiFi does not reach the room, but you can go down to the lobby and get WiFi there. The rooms are nice, there was not much hot water. The dance center is next door and they have shows at night. We got there late at night, but the show might end around 7-8pm. If you are in Kandy for a few days I’d recommend this hotel. "

"AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS "

"Absolutely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We moved here from another luxury brand hotel after coming for dinner and drinks, and were completely blown away — so much so that we changed our stay. The hotel is spotless and beautifully new, with stunning amenities. The infinity pool is fantastic, and the breakfast selection is huge. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Everyone was exceptional, especially Tuan and his team in Gatz, Nipun at reception, and DJ Groove Rider, whose music in Gatz created a brilliant atmosphere. The rooms are outstanding. We had a beautiful double-aspect room with views of both the sea and the city. Everything felt fresh, modern, and incredibly well appointed, and the bathroom was exceptional. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. A truly brilliant hotel — we will definitely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend it."
