Friendly hard working staff. Lots of TV channels, good amenities. New year's day buffet was very good with local items. They should have breakfast buffets everyday. The bathroom was amazing too!! Such value for money. We couldn't fault this property. The hotel is full of charm and character. We had a very late check-in and the staff were friendly and very welcoming! The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a great view from our room. wifi was excellent! Breakfast again we were amazed, a full English! The location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. You really are in the heart of the city! Can't recommend this hotel enough! We booked a room for two people and two beds and got one towel and the beds were pushed together and made as one. The elevators were so slow. Take the stairs. There was lots of military presence outside when we arrived late and the Uber driver struggled to find it. Once inside we felt fine but we weren’t sure about the safety in the area.
