"Nice stay"

"Superb hotel in every way. In remote Wakkanai it provides lodging at a level of the the very best hotels. A remarkably well maintained and operated facility - exhibiting the best of Japanese skill and aesthetics. Highly recommend."

"The staff were wonderful. Food was great."

"Does the job but is honestly quite old and worn, might be worth considering if you get a good price"

"As a foreign solo traveller, the Japanese-style single rooms were more than enough, and not that much more expensive than the hostel shared room. The room was clean and had a good view of Mt Rishiri. The walls were thin, so I could hear the people in the room next to mine."

"Staff is kindly, room is warm and comfortable."

"Great spot near the lake ocean. Very home style. Staff is all fantastic."

"This was one of the best hotel experience of my life. I would rather stay here than any 5-star hotel. The staff was exceptional. They took time out of their day to teach me Japanese, they lent us 3 bikes to use for free, and they were funny, positive, and helpful. Did I mention they have very competitive pricing, ideal location for hiking and transit, and hot springs? If you are visiting Rishiri, stay here."

"Very nice placs to stay in Rishiri. Good location and very friedly owner."

"Shuttle to and from Ferry. Great views from roof top. "
