利尻うにをたのしみに利尻島を訪れました。稚内ではムラサキウニを礼文では、バフンウニをいただき最高でした。こちらのホテルはバイキング形式でしたが、うにのパスタ、うにの焼きおにぎり、雑炊等をいただきました。この時期、この場所でしかいただけないウニとは程遠いもので、ミョウバンでしょうか匂いが受け付けませんでした。最近ではバイキングといえどもレベルが高い施設が多いだけに残念です。島には宿泊施設があまりないため、この時期には努力しなくても集客できるからでしょうか。
