Would stay here again if ever I visit Wakkanai ##### Anne Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jia Yu Michelle Jul 10, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities Lovely and comfortable stay - breakfast was worth the extra fee, boasting a bountiful buffet of fresh sashimi, delicious side dishes, comforting soups and freshly-cooked rice in addition to other usual fare like bread, yoghurt and fruits. Rooms were on the small side, but perfectly serviceable. The public baths are fantastic, and there are 3 washers + 3 dryers per gender in the public bath area. There’s also free ice cream and yoghurt drinks for after your bath, be it morning/night! Location is just a short walk away from the JR station/bus terminal, and throwing distance from 3 car rental agencies. It’s a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal, but in the early AM (when the first ferry leaves), it’s a nice walk in summer. Also very close to the train station and next to a great soup curry place!
