« The hotel was clean and the staff were all exceptionally friendly which is a rarity and especially at a Best Western. We stayed here for a family weekend as it was the closest we could get to Tarleton and we were very pleasantly surprised. The only down side is there’s no coffee makers in the room but they have coffee downstairs available any time. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Feels like a family run place but cooler. The facility itself is wonderful and then the staff is so helpful. Run very different that a normal hotel which makes it unique. For example, you text if you need something and no one is around. Such a beautiful property! Can’t wait to go back! »

Pool area and koi pond with water feature were beautiful and also well maintained, just a short walk from the cabin, and because it was our anniversary the strawberries and wine were a nice touch and nice surprise. « The host was very nice . The place was nice enough for the price. But I had 3 problems. 1st the internet password was not posted. About 10 text messages to the host and finally got it to work. 2nd the fold out loveseat was way past its usefulness! Luckily we found a inflatable bed in a closet and it was nice. 3rd and the most important! (The STAIRS) . Let me just tell you we are 3 old lifelong carpenters who have built hundreds of stairs. « We absolutely loved staying at the Guesthouse..it was perfect for us and our two dinosaur loving grandchildren. The location couldn’t have been any better..close to the square and also Fossil Rim and the State Park. The Guesthouse itself had all of the necessities for a quick weekend trip.
