« This was our 3rd time staying here. The courtyard patio access is helpful for us with a pup. Room was clean and provided necessary accommodations (small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, adequate outlets, clean towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner), the bed however was not comfortable. An upgrade in mattresses would be nice considering the cost per night to stay. The bar/restaurant has decent food but the service was poor. They were short staffed so some grace was given but I think they actually...

« We had a two bedroom room. Beds were comfortable. Nice clean bathroom with extra towels. Easy to get to off highway 5. It was a contactless motel which was very convenient. »

« This is a great place to stay! Very clean, staff are very nice. Since o stay here for work, I was disappointed that the restaurant hours changed from 7am to 10am opening. Not helpful. Other than that, great place to stay. »

« Staff were very helpful and accommodating our rushed timetable! They really helped make our travels easier and alleviated our stress, even putting a rush on our room to get us in early for check in. The room was clean, tidy, and had the perfect amenities that I needed. The breakfast was impressive! A large variety and served hot, including coffee machines that could brew a cup on demand. A/C was perfect for the hot afternoons. »

« I had a terrifying experience at this place! It all started when the MAN who cleaned the rooms knocked on my door first thing in the morning asking if I wanted housekeeping service. There was no sign indicating that I needed cleaning service, so he should not have been knocking on the door of a woman staying ALONE. On the last day, he knocked on my door between 8 and 9 a.m. asking if I was checking out, even though check-out was only at 11 a.m. Why the hell was he doing that? I opened the door...

« The hotel offers the room only, no breakfast options unless you pay for it. The room is great, slept well , was quiet. Personnel was friendly. »

« The Hotel and our room was high end classy but yet very comfortable and homey at the same time. The bathrooms were amazing!! They had all the amenities of home down to having Q-tips in the bathroom. The heated bathroom floors were so nice when getting out of the shower. Rachel was a wonderful host and was more than helpful when letting us know of places to eat and places to sight see. Her store in the lobby was very nice and quaint with all local vendors products. If we are ever in the Shasta...
