"Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!"

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious. The roll down shades helped keep the rooms dark for sleeping. The bathroom was large, with a wonderful bathtub and separate shower.
