The bungalow is located near a small farming village 300m, near Passau  
You get daily fresh milk from our cows and of course breakfast eggs  
Bread and pastries can be delivered fresh daily in the morning.  
Distance 15 km from Passau, 17 km from the baroque town of Schärding is 35 km from the Europa Therme Bad Fussing  
  
Lovely bungalow with a size of about 280m² of living space double garage.  
Courtyard terrace with 70sqm with chairs garden table and chairs and gas grill  
Garden about 1000m² to play, campfire or grilling on the fire sounds or a cooling in the solar shower  
The house you ask 5 double bedrooms if desired with bed for children, kitchen and living room, bathroom  
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave,  
Coffee maker, toaster, kettle and of course dishes and glasses

Or the Donausteig from Passau to Grein but also wonderful hiking trails in the village are at your disposal, whether by bike or on foot an experience for young and old or once by boat on the beautiful blue Danube or on the Inn make a trip.
