"Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to...

"I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Guatemala City at the beginning of September and had a great experience. The property was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was available on-site, which was convenient—though it can be a bit limited during busy hours. The hotel is located in a very nice and safe area, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, cafés, and several shopping centers. It made exploring the neighborhood incredibly enjoyable. The only downside wasn’t the hotel’s fault: getting in and out of Guatemala City can be challenging due to heavy traffic, which made day trips to Antigua and Lake Atitlán more difficult than expected. Overall, I highly recommend Wyndham Garden Guatemala City for comfort, convenience, and great service. I would definitely stay here again."
