The good - the property has beautiful lawn and a nice pool. Staff was helpful. They have a free shuttle that takes you about a kilometer and drops you close to Central Park. Breakfast was good.
The bad - the building is pretty run down. The toilet was very dirty and we had to request room change. In new room bathroom got clogged and had yellow water. They tried and somewhat fixed it, but I think they have old plumbing issue.
They charge cars about $3 for parking. It can be validated for taxis dropping and picking you. But not all taxis know it and it creates confusion with taxis refusing to come to the premises.

Jacuzzi was available only 5:00-8:00 PM daily. We got in shortly after checking in at 3:00 pm and staff informed us we would have to get out and come back at 5:00 pm. Also breakfast was a pot of coffee and a couple apples near the front desk. Expensive to stay here

The staff were amazing. I speak very little Spanish and struggled with a language barrier. However, the staff were gracious and accommodating making me feel welcomed and safe. Truly a great experience.
