"We arrived during a storm & the hotel was experiencing a power failure. The friendliness & helpfulness of Gigi upon our arrival set the tone for our 5 day stay. The resourcefulness of the hotel management team during the new year Cyclone was excellent."

"A very short amazing stay at Best Western. May be a point for improvement is the pillows. They are square, too small and too soft, the queen size bed was okay. May be if more TV and radio channels could be added, especially in english as all of them were in french. Otherwise no complain as such."
