He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. "Stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw for 4 nights. Overall, it was decent — about what you'd expect from a premium hotel, but nothing outstanding. The room was average-sized with all standard amenities, and the gym was very well equipped. Some negatives: toiletries weren’t replenished during my stay, the swimming pool was very small, and there was no full-length mirror in the room or bathroom.
