I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). « Clean room, no bugs, staff promptly responsive to call, room smells fresh, comfortable bed, safe, you can park in front of your room. Older property with upgrades. Needs a few cosmetic touches. On main road so there's some traffic til about 9:30 PM. Have stayed there 7 times and would return. »

« Our host was great! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Only drawback was hot water for shower. Because of the type of water heater in the unit and the cold weather, had to dial back the water pressure in the shower to keep hot water flowing. That is something that needs to be addressed for the future. »
