"Amazing attentive staff who remembered your name and were very helpful with questions and booking tours. Thank you Joy, Yssa and Eleen. Buffet breakfast times and variety worked well for visitors from Asia, America and Aussies. Reporting a flickering light was fixed same day. Centrally located which, in my opinion, worked better than some places further out from centre. No noise and air con worked a treat. A number of great restaurants within 5 mins walk. There is no lift but staff will take bags to and from your room"

"The hotel is beautifully located view a fantastic view of breathtaking scenery. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very good food in the restaurant although breakfast is a little bland. Decent gym. Very nice and helpful staff, some are not great at English but they make up for it with a good attitude. I definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back."
