« Pas de personnel pour m’accueillir, je n’ai jamais reçu le message précisant les consignes à l’arrivée. Le numéro de téléphone sur la porte affichait un numéro sur messagerie. Pas de salle de bain dans la chambre, mobilier vétuste, pas de rideau, chauffage très bruyant car non purge. »
