Single mother of two young tired children stranded outside the hotel until after midnight with insufficient door access codes. Very scary and traumatic experience. Expedia were a great help in contacting the property to assist me and eventually we got to our room. Our stay otherwise ticked the boxes. I never received the text message with door code and any emails they claim to have sent had gone to junk mail, so beware of this!

Hotellet var helt ny og der var få ting der ikke virkede for eksempel deres automater hvor man kunne trække en sodavand eller øl. ellers var det et fint hotel

Restaurangen är inte ens byggd så frukost finns inte tillgängligt som de skriver. De hänvisar till ett cafe för att få frukost men där såldes bara frallor/limpor och tårtor över disk.

Da vi kom var det præg af at være nyt og ikke færdigt. Men vi skulle bare overnatte, så skidt med at maskinerne med drikkevarer ikke var sat til/opfyldte endnu. Vi havde dog læst at morgenmad var tilgængeligt, men ved ankomst kunne vi læse at dette endnu ikke var muligt. Øv… Næste udfordring var at checke ind. Vi skulle have modtaget en kode 24 timer før, men det havde vi ikke. Hverken sms, mail eller spam. Telefontid var 8-16 på hverdage, så på en lørdag måtte vi sende sms og få hjælp til en kode. Dette viste sig ikke kun at være os, men også de foregående og efterfølgende par der skulle bo der. Vi kom ind, det næste par måtte bruge lidt flere kræfter på at overbevise personen på sms om at de heller ikke havde modtaget nogen kode. På værelset var sengene desværre to enkelte senge, jeg troede at når jeg valgte værelset med billede af en dobbeltseng, så fik vi en dobbeltseng. Vi rykkede lidt rundt og fik sat sengene sammen på det ekstremt varme værelse, hvor vi kunne sætte vinduet på klem og sove blot med sengelinned. Sæbesidspenseren var tommel alt i alt var jeg lidt skuffet.

Service var dårligt, Vagttelefon blev ikke taget kun sms som ventetiden lang på svar. Fik ingen mail med kode og der var ikke styr på antal gæster til værelset herunder manglede dyner og puder mv. Caféen på overnatningsstedet hvor der skulle være morgenmad som var lukket og dette var ikke oplyst på forhånd inden booking. Alt i alt dårlig oplevelse.

Helt nybyggt så allt var fräsch och nytt men det var inte klart. Frukost fanns inte inte heller då restaurangen inte var klar. Cafemaskinerna var tomma. Kommer säkert bli bra
