"Room was clean, everything that you need for a short stay. The self checkin was smooth and easy as well as the check out."

"Found prescription pills in our room hidden under the bed. Turned in to front desk and no staff cared, pretty disappointing as we had young children with us. Also the elevators went down and it took us nearly two hours to get up to our room. Didn’t even take the chance to explore the hotel incase we weren’t able to get back up again. "

"Room not ready until 9 pm after checking in at 3 pm. No apologies or explanations. Would not stay there again."

"Front desk staff was rude. They didn’t explain anything. Does this facility offer breakfast? Does it have a gym? Where is my room located? No idea, didn’t take the time to explain anything. The bell hops were amazing & super helpful. The room had no mini fridge. The layout of the hotel was very confusing. "

"Our stay at the SAHARA Las Vegas was fantastic. Thanks to my Gold status with Expedia, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The spa services were amazing. We only got to tried Zeffer’s Café, the breakfast was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. "

"Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel, ¡me encantó todo! Desde el primer momento, el ambiente fue muy agradable y las instalaciones estaban en óptimas condiciones. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y bien equipada, con una vista espectacular hacia la rueda (High Roller), lo cual hizo la estadía aún más especial. Algo que realmente valoré fue la tranquilidad: no se escuchaban ruidos de otros cuartos ni del exterior, lo que permitió descansar perfectamente. Aunque no utilicé el servicio de limpieza durante mi estadía, todo se mantuvo en excelentes condiciones. Las amenidades del hotel y las opciones de comida disponibles fueron muy buenas y convenientes.
