The AC kept the room cool in spite of high summer temperatures outside but did not humidify, making the room feel damp and cold. "The breakfast staff are AMAZING!! I had the manger at check in and she was also nice. Another time at the desk I needed a key because we all forgot to grab one- also happened to be the day of checkout- and she was angry. I said I needed a key to get my stuff. She said very aggressively “well you have to check out today” yes ma’am I know that’s why I need a key. Anyways the pool was also nice my kids loved it and it was so warm. The tree could be updated. Only drips water from one side. The room was clean the bed was COMFORTABLE!! And I mean it. Overall it was good and we would stay again if we were in the area."
