"Clean, updated, large room decently appointed. Bed was extremely comfortable and the remodeled shower was nice with great water pressure. Reasonable room rate. Breakfast was typical, but no complaints, the breakfast room itself was clean, updated and quite nicely decorated. Only negative was a lack of parking for the amount of guests registered. Perhaps an overflow parking plan should be shared with the front desk? Would stay again."

"When I first pulled in, my husband was like omg wth, check-in went smooth; got the key- yes, key- just like the motels in the 70s. " That's what drew me there: one floor, not the hotels you stay at now, two or three floors. Not personable, I got chilly and could not figure out the heater; the young lady brought us a small space heater, and it warmed up the room quickly. The staff is all kind and cares about their guests. My favorite part was the train tracks across from the motel, hearing the trains several times at night. We both slept so soundly; the beds were soft and comfortable. I would totally stay there again, and I recommend it if you want a piece of nostalgia and to step back in time."

Grain Silo Turned Into A Unique Home For Your Rest And Relaxation

"Judy left a voicemail so we knew exactly when we could check in and how to get there, etc. She was so friendly. She let us pet her goats and see the chickens and ducks and Todd the turkey. The silo is so spacious and beautiful inside. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed! Great king-sized beds and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms for convenience. So quiet with a beautiful view and not far from Lake Mac and Ash Hollow. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"
