"Very nice hotel centrally located in Nyaungshwe. Although not a newer building, the hotel is well maintained. Plenty of hot water and good WiFi. Comfortable and quiet. The set breakfast is also good. Special mention goes out to the hotel staff, who are friendly and courteous. The young lady at the front desk is most helpful and gracious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful even as we checked in earlier than expected. It's not right in the village but with the ebikes they rent out it is just a quick ride. The view from the top where they serve breakfast is lovely. The breakfast was ok, the rooms were clean and comfy, and they are helpful to arrange tours, taxis, boats, etc. For this area I was very happy with this hotel."

First, the good: the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, it was easy and reasonably priced to book a private taxi through the hotel for day trips, and the breakfast buffet was really good. "We loved this hotel, spotless, comfortable bed, long desk, a spacious de luxe room with sofa. It has a separate shower room and bath tub with motorized curtain, and a day and night motorized window curtain. All staffs are welcoming in the lobby and reception especially Izu who patiently answered all our inquiries and recommended places to go. The coffee shop at the Ground floor serves delicious and affordable foods. The hotel is connected to a mall and has access in the GF. Accessible by taxi or Grab to tourist spots. Transportation is inexpensive. Highly recommended and will use other Pan Pacific hotels when we book in other countries. "
