"1. [Unprofessional Reception Staff] Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told by reception that they could only find 1 of 2 bookings we made when we clearly showed proof of booking for 2 rooms at 2 nights each. After a prolonged period of time, arguments and rude attitude from reception, they confirmed it was their error and they had the available rooms for us. It’s very unfortunate such a nice hotel had such a rude reception as the front face of customer service. It was not pleasant to have them...

"The staff is amazing and very welcoming. The Motel itself is nice to stay for couple of nights (clean, delicious breakfast, good wi-fi). Close to the bus station and dining places. We would highly recommend Galaxy Motel for the stay in Hpa-An."

"Clean, comfortable, and friendly facility. At fitst, it seemed that a clean restautant was not found nearby was a weak point. However, this hotel sells room service food at a reasonable price until 21:00 and also the food can be also served in the BF cafeteria area. It means no prblem with food. Good WiFi connection. Very nice facility"

"One night booked through hotels.com. Spontaneaously extended by anbtoher night. Changed room. First room nicer overall, but equipped identically. Hotel staff was very valuable in organizing my activities and transportation around beautiful Hpa An. Overal great stay."
