« Besides a random family that complained about us being loud even though we were asleep and being called by front desk over and over even though we were asleep the hotel was nice and had everything we needed.. »

« We were informed on arrival that there was no hot water in the building and they could give us a full refund if we wanted to try to find a different hotel. The room smelled musty or something left in the mini fridge which didn't work. There was mildew around the tub caulking and the ac was squeeling so we left it off. The coffee was weak and the eggs and sausage for breakfast were room temperature when we ate at 7am. »

« The hotel was clean and well maintained. We booked an accessible room and were very disappointed in their idea of "accessible". The only thing accessible was the shower that had one grab bar. The toilet was way too low with no grab bar near and the bed was too high. I had difficulty getting in and out of bed. In fact, I had to have my husband help me get in bed. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant! Hampton, you can do better! »

« We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues. »

« The room was dusty, bathroom door wouldn't close. The bathroom was dirty. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people. The bathroom was remodeled poorly. »

« Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. »

« This place was so cute, so many thoughtful extras throughout the place. Nice neighborhood. Close to everything downtown-5 minute drive. »

« The cabin was super cozy and the Christmas decorations only made the trip more special. Hot tob was at 108 degrees even on a 15 degree night. You can tell the host truly cares about her property and those who stay there!! »
