« Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting. »

« Great place. Was greeted and checked in by a wonderfully nice woman at the front desk. Room was clean, pool was nice, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again. »

« We gave stayed at a lot of comfort inns. Some are hits and some are not….This one is a BIG HIT. Staff is so kind and helpful and honest. We left something at the desk and they even called us to make sure it was ours and all was good. We are so thankful. Great breakfast and CLEAN!!!! Thanks to everyone here!!! »

« The pool was full of kids. We couldn’t enjoy it at all. There were only 6 vehicles there so i don’t know where they all came from. Room 124 needs new mattress toppers preferably 4 in. Memory foam. My dog enjoyed the extra bed. Paid 15.00 extra for her. »

« Have stayed here every time we come to TN. This time we even got a room for son and daughter-in-law because it is always clean and my husband used to love the breakfast. This time we were so disappointed. The deposit was a $100, the rooms were not as clean and one did not even have a shower curtain that we paid $230 for one night, and the breakfast is now just a continental. »

« This is an older hotel that has had some updates. I was disappointed because the pictures on the website look more updated than the hotel was. The hallway floors creaked when walking. It wasn't horrible, but for the price, I will not stay there again. »

« Room stunk. I could see out under the room door. There was a huge gap. I could literally put my hand through it. The wifi barely worked. Blankets had burn holes in them. Sheets and towels were stained. Also the tub had a huge crack in the floor. I asked to switched rooms. They gave me a key to another room. Opened the door and it smelled like cat pee and the couch in there looked like it was moldy. So I just stayed in my main room. »

« We were given a room twice that the door locks didnt work. 2 rooms that already had people in them. Final 2 rooms were on second floor. Hallways were hot, stairwells hotter. 5th room we got to we stayed in. Not good but we accepted it. It was an hour and a half just to get in our room. 10 p.m. Poor girl at front desk was at her wits end. No ac in lobby either. Will not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else. In fact, i would recommend they didnt stay there. »
