If you build a hotel on the rocks at edge of a cliff why would you put the pool 10 feet above sea level. This problem occurs all the time. Hotel needs along term solution

We were to stay here twice during our travel days as we flew between Easter Island and other Chilean destinations. Our first stay was extremely comfortable and we were eager to stay the second time but our flight from Easter Island was delayed 15 hrs so we arrived after our check-in date. This is the best 'Best Western' hotel we have ever stayed at. Free underground parking, breakfast included, rooms are large with big beds, the cleaning service is excellent, very helpful and friendly staff. Good value highly recommend. Centrally located within walking distance to everything.

Staff was amazing. Above and beyond!

All good

This is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed. It offers the BEST view of Valparaiso (whole bay from the room I stayed). Super friendly staff and great breakfast with so many choices of food that are freshly made in their own kitchen. Of course, art is everywhere!

The host and the staff were wonderful. Location is great. We enjoyed their suggestions for visiting the fish market and the neighborhood above. And the breakfast was not only abundant but was delicious too!

A piece of heaven on earth. Beautiful surroundings with flower gardens everywhere, 2 pools sauna and hot tubs heated by wood! Wonderful restaurant with delicious food. Best breakfast included with your room I have ever had. I can not express how caring, kind and dedicated ALL the staff were. I can’t wait to go back someday. Let’s move for your.

Unique expérience. Amazing host

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Zero and can highly recommend it not only for the wonderful service, the views but it is the best location in the city for sightseeing. The staff were all exceptionally helpful.
