"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. "This was one of the best experiences I've had at a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The hotel itself is a bit older, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was varied and delicious with different options for lunch and dinner every day, and the bar served great drinks. There was also entertainment every evening, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back! 😎"

"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "Gorgeous hotel with lovely views all round. All inclusive meant ALL inclusive, 4 pools of varying sizes and privacy adding to the something for everyone of all ages and abilities.
