"Room was clean but run down feeling. Fan OK but didn't swivel, no AC, toilet very odd and no separation (door/curtain) from rest of room. Owner helpful enough but when he wasn't around service wasn't great. Limited choices in the town so this is good enough, and you can easily walk up to the other guesthouses and restaurants "

"Bien situé, cadre agréable quelques chambres toutes neuves mais quelques finitions à terminer Personnel sympathique mais qui doit se professionnaliser Notre chambre spacieuse très grand lit mais matelas plus que raide! Petit déjeuner frugal"

"The room was pretty dated. Stain on the headboard. The fan in the bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Thats all the negatives really. Very friendly staff, easy enough to communicate with. I was able to store my luggage for a few hours without any hassle. Good value for the price and the location is brilliant."

"The place is spotless, services are impeccable, a bit more expensive than others in the neighbourhood, but paying that extra is well worth it. I booked it though Hotel.Com, by the time I checked in at 11am, they already had everything prepared for me. The stay there is worth every penny. "

Restaurant was poor and expensive. I recommend taking a short walk into town for a better meal at half the price. The regular prices were high enough then they add 20% 😝

The room was immaculate. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and polite. The breakfast was superb! I highly recommend Salana Boutique to anyone visiting Vientiane.

Riverside Boutique has been one of my FAVOURITE places to stay. Friendly staffs, great accommodation and most importantly, amazing view of Laos mountains. It was the most perfect place to stay and relax to enjoy Laos's nature. Hotel's poolside is a must when you go here and you'll be mesmerized with the number of butterflies you see in their garden! Highly recommended.

Upon arrival at Luang Prabang airport, we were greeted by a driver and driven to the hotel. The reception was pleasing with a cool drink offered upon arrival. The check-in was seamless. Our room was on the ground floor and exited to the pool.
The room was clean, quiet (the odd rooster could be heard from a neighbour's yard) and, while not large, was more than adequate for our three night stay.

During a 3 month tour of South East Asia we stayed at Satri House for 6 nights - easily the best hotel experience of our trip, hands down. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate, the rooms full of charm, comfort and all the amenities you’d expect. However what takes Satri House to the next level is the people-every person we met, from the gardener, front desk staff, restaurant staff, spa staff to the hotel manager - the in person experience was exceptional-every person was professional but...

Very clean and moderate rooms . More of a upscale if you wanna live it up. Great for honeymooners. Its in the downtown area near the Mekong River which sees over Thailand. We had friends driving us around places but tuktuk would be the best to go around to see the main attractions.
Overall our stay was great. Only 1 day at the Mosaic dinning restaurant disappointed us as we waited 1.5 hrs for our server, food and then our cheque. We were the table being served and no one would wanna serve us....
