"Was a good breakfast however one day while staying the biscuits for gravy, cinnamon rolls and some fruit containers were empty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a water view over the construction total remodel of the attached sister hotel. Wasn’t much noise from the construction however they will not be able to keep the windows clean from the construction dust. With the attached sister hotel closed there is no longer a restaurant or bar and is more difficult to get to the beach. Have stayed at this hotel before which has always been great however this time the room needs more attention. Being on the beach is difficult to keep sand out and this time you could feel sand on the floor when barefoot and the tub had sand in the bottom. The plank floor also had some areas separated which can catch your foot. It is a great location on the water near the beach and downtown. Once the attached hotel remodel is completed and open again it will be much better with the additional amenities available again. "

"I was a little disappointed because the description said that it was on the beach, but it was really on the bay. The sand was horrible. It had very sharp pieces of shell and they did not provide chairs or awnings. They had to be rented. Also, while my husband was getting ready to take a shower, the vent cover fell on top of his head and we were not offered any compensation."

"You could just barely see the beach over the dunes. The ac worked great!"

"Sliding doors to balcony have framing issues and a lot of outside noise comes in because glass windows do not seal. Bed bugs were all over one of our beds as well! Beware!"

"It's a nice new hotel. The staff was great and the breakfast was pretty good. They didn't have hot oatmeal every day, but always had the instant in a cup. Nondairy milk was available upon request. At check in, they gave us a card for a free beer and pretzels/beer nut snacks good for the first evening. Unfortunately, they were out of snacks our first night."

"The hotel was very good. I do not have any complaints whatsoever. However, the door out onto the small balcony was sealed shut. While I am sure there’s a reason for this, it would’ve made our stable or enjoyable if I could’ve opened the sliding door, as was originally intended in the construction of this hotel."
