"Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. Back of house areas have debris, old furnishings, need help. It seems the hotel may be struggeling with the slow tourism revival after Covid."

"Arrived and there was nobody on reception desk, it looked like reception hadn’t been open in a long time, was shown to a few rooms until I was given one that was ready, tried the tv and was not to use as it was broke and it didn’t sound safe, WiFi was barely useable despite what it says on the advert, I couldn’t take a shower or use the water in the sink as the water was brown and that didn’t change throughout my stay, I tried to find someone to ask about changing rooms and couldn’t find any...

"awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are good, typical Cambodian style spaces. I like that. Be sure to get a low floor room as the roof has a nightclub that gets pretty loud. The restaurant has good food and particularly good coffee. Very reasonable prices too. Yeah, brkfst doesn’t come with the room, but the price of the meal is totally cheap for the quality food. The hotel is just about one block to the east of the big central roundabout. Really close to the river too."
