« L'hôtel est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la Porte de Jaffa et à quelques encablures de la principal rue piétonne commerçante où l'on trouve toutes les enseignes connues. L'hôtel en lui même est moderne, propre, avec une piscine sur le toit offrant un cadre de baignade plus qu'agréable. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et parfaitement équipées. Que dire de plus, c'est plus cher qu'un autre hotel, certes, mais pour visiter Jérusalem tout en cherchant à être proche de...

« Ce n’est pas un hotel mais des chambres:pas de reception ni de réceptionniste mais des codes envoyés par whatsapp pour accéder à l’établissement . On vous demande aussi la copie de votre carte d’identité par Whatsapp. Il n’y a pas d’escalier pour accéder aux chambres lorsque vous arrivez :depuis la rue vous montez un étage par escalier puis vous vous trouvez sur un palier ou vous devez obligatoirement prendre l’ascenseur pour accéder aux étages superieurs!.Pour cela j’ai réglé 147 euros plus 25...

« séjour professionnel - Chambre confortable - accueil parfait - je retournerai sans hésitation. Petite histoire pour illustrer le sens du service client : Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel 1 jour plus tôt suite à une erreur sur la date du billet de retour. Bien que l'hôtel n'en n'avait pas l'obligation , ils ont accepté très naturellement le remboursement de la nuit supplémentaire et surtout ont fait le nécessaire pour que hotels.com valide cette annulation, ce qui n'était pas naturel de la part...
