"I stayed at this hotel in Cedar City while attending my graduation at SUU. I mainly chose it because of its close proximity to the university, which made it very convenient for the occasion. Overall, the hotel was decent and clean. It’s not typically the kind of place I usually stay in, but for what I needed, a place to sleep, it did the job. The biggest downside was the staff, who came across as cold and not very welcoming. A simple smile or friendly greeting would have made a big difference in creating a warmer atmosphere. There was also some noise during the stay. The couple in the room next to us seemed to be arguing loudly late at night, which was a bit uncomfortable and disruptive. Aside from that, the hotel served its purpose. It’s a convenient option if you’re visiting the university, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of hospitality and guest experience."

"The staff was very friendly and the property was located conveniently, the room was clean but the whole property needs some updates. The walls are paper thin, so if your neighbors get up at 5am, so do you. All the main area hallways have a lot of staining and the outlets in my room were all loose and difficult to keep a plug in."
